Chainsaw Grinding Wheel for Foley-Belsaw models 308, 394 and 399

These 3/16" thick, Resin bond grit chain grinding wheels are for chain pitches of 3/8", .404", and 7/16.

The dimensions are: 5" diameter, 3/16" thickness, with a 1/2" diameter arbor hole. They are a Resin Bond wheel, and are 60 grit.

Also Available Individually

These wheels are sold individually as Item #3700587.

Q. Do these wheels require any preparation to use?

A. Yes. The edges of these wheels are square and must be rounded before use. Rounding is done using a Dressing Stick, and is checked using the Grinding Wheel Radius Check Tool.

Q. How do I determine what pitch my chain is?

A. To determine the pitch of a chain, measure the distance between the centers of any three consecutive rivets and divide by 2. A result of .375" means 3/8 pitch. Or, make it simple and use our Pitch-N-Gauge Saw Chain Check Tool.

Q. Are longer lasting chain saw grinding wheels available in this size?

A. Yes. 3/16" thick CBN Plated Wheels are available that will outlast several of the standard resin bond wheels.
