At Sharpening Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a tool or accessory does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included manuals and accessories to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and attach your prepaid or standard shipping label to the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
