They are ideal for woodworking, rust removal, paint & stain removal for marine, industrial & hardware surface removal tasks. Their superior abrasion resistance means they last many times longer than traditional sandpaper discs
For Power or Manual Use
The DMT DMAXX Plates attach by hook and loop and hold securely on most 1/4 sheet palm sanders. They also work with the DMT DMAXX Manual Handle for non-powered use.
Choose from 220 Medium or 400 Fine
The DMT DMAXX Plates are available in both a 220 Medium for heavier removal and surface prep and 400 Fine for lighter work or refining a rough surface.
Sold as Single Plates
DMT DMAXX Plates are sold as single plates.
A Note On Removing Plates
To avoid damaging the metal base of the plates, it is recommended that you use a putty knife or similar thin tool to gently work the plates off of the hook and loop when removing them.
