Sharpen Kitchen Knives Easily

Sharpen your kitchen knives with ease using the DMT EverSharp 3 Stage Knife Sharpener. The three pull-through v-slots are easy to use just lower your knife into slot #1 and gently pull the blade through several times. Then proceed to do the same through slots #2 and #3 to achieve a finely sharpened knife.

Coarse, Fine, and Extra-Fine

The three slots on the EverSharp feature a progression of grits. 

• Coarse Tungsten at Position #1
• Fine Alumina Ceramic at Position #2,
• Extra-Fine Zirconia Ceramic at Position #3.

For a dull knife, start with position #1, then move on through #2 and #3. If your knife is in good condition and needs only a light touch up, you may start right in at position #2 or #3.
