This Norton Water Stone System was Designed for Maximum Portability.
The Norton IM83 Portable Waterstone Sharpening System provides a complete sharpening solution. Equipped with three 8" x 3" x 1" waterstones (1000 grit, 4000 grit, and 8000 grit) the kit keeps your stones clean, safe, and ready to use. Simply rotate the handle to bring the desired stone into position for sharpening. In addition, the kit also includes a flattening stone to maintain a flat surface for your water stones.
The unique carrying case allows the user to sharpen whenever needed -- at home or on the go. Sturdy metal latches secure the cover and storage case where small tools can be housed.
This kit contains everything you’ll need to for sharpening your tools and knives. The 8" x 3" x 1" Norton Water Stones are large enough for just about any type of sharpening. The 1000 grit stone is a real workhorse because it takes a rough edge and quickly refines it to a useable edge.
